Is it just me or does it seem that when you make the decision to act upon a goal, i.e. health and weight loss, the forces of heaven and hell ally to do their worst to thwart said goal and demoralize the weak mortal attempting said goal? It wasn't a full moon or some obscure pagan holiday, yet it turned out to be a night from hell, icky, stressful, pissing me off, yeah that about sums it up. You would think the best remedy for such a situation would be some yoga, meditation or other calming feat, so why does beer, chips and cheddar brats sound so good?
Day 1 Exercise=5 Attitude=3 Food=1 ( I did make some good turkey veggie soup, I just ate the not so healthy stuff as well) Total=9 which happens to be one of my numerological representations of me. All in all a good start, at least in the sense I can aim really high....peace.
