I'm Back!

Time to get back on track now that we have celebrated the holidays, yes even Christmas. Keeping it simple, lean meat, veggies, some fruit, lots of water, treadmill, core ball and some weights. I'm not going to stress over this but it is a health issue so consistency is what I shooting for. Alrighty then here we go, check back soon.
