Re-evaluation

Just finished a lovely meal of salad and broil pork loin, I did indulge in 1 small spoon full of potatoes and stuffing. After cleaning up I did a 20 minute yoga routine. I am now enjoying a cup of coffee to amp up for work, lots of paperwork and filing, end of the month details.
as I was sitting here blogging and rereading my first few entries I realized and I had been down this path before and yet ended up in fat land.This first week going to start out a bit slower than planned.Yoga will be a daily ritual, because I really enjoy it. Going to be buying a new treadmill, soon til then going to be a bit lack on the cardio, but I will walk at work. I also will be taking the stretchy bands to work for the resistance portion. That being said, a bit of laundry, a quick shower finish my coffee then off to work.

Fatty Mc Fat Fat

The blog coach says I have to post my weight. 300 pound master angler. My main problem is I have reverse anorexia, which simply put means I look in the mirror and think" Wow, I look pretty good", please give to the foundation so we can combat this heinous disease.

Just slept 12 hours straight,after a hard weekend of overtime and not much rest. Woke and had 2 egg whites. Going to do some chores around the house then cook supper before going to work. Oh yeah and going to try and get the exercise done also!

A magikal beginning

My youngest brother, the registered nurse, told me I was fat, bald, and can't spell very well! I guess he didn't say all that but he did tell me I needed to loose some weight and get in shape or I would be a full blown diabetic soon. He also told me that we needed to blog our progress so we can encourage each other and keep the snack time monkey off our backs.
Well, I have the blog started, that's step one. Step two is incorporating the SUAGAR BUSTERS!Tm, food plan. Step three is the 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes resistance training that will be a daily ritual. So this journey of a thousand miles has started with this first small baby step. The exercise and food plan start in the morning.
By the power of three times three and the will to be thin
Push away the plate, pick up a weight
And let the transformation begin
