Now For Something Completely Different
Can you say lapse...I knew you could. Losing weight, current is 285, which is 15 down from the start. How you ask? Push away plan. I'm eating anything I want but in far smaller quantities. Does that I mean I have conquered over eating? No. It just means that when I begin to indulge that old bad habit, I'm more in touch with the way it is going to make me feel and look. When I throw away the portion I don't eat, which is a built in no-no from childhood that my subconscious uses to rationalize the overeating in the first place, I fire back with the thought " Well next time I'll just a little less so I won't have to waste any". If that seems simplistic all I can say is that it seems to be working. Exercising? Not much. It seems to me when I do my appetite goes out of control, so I feel good about being on the treadmill three times a week, some light weights a couple of times and some ball crunches sprinkled in for effect. I guess that's all for now...Word.
